Growlinga and 656 Cómics: The fusion that needed to occur

As it is known, along the development of videogames, there are different factors that intervene, and these can be gather basically in four pillars: Story, technology, mechanics and aesthetics.

Each one of these is important, and without the other three elements, there would be a game lacking its essence. A game with a good story, impecable mechanics, beautiful aesthetics, but in a technologic plataform that doesn’t fit the game, would be a failure.

Not to mention the case when there are mechanical and impeccable history on a platform that can support it, but without competent aesthetics, the game simply would not be liked and all the work would be spent in vain…

Sometimes as game developers, we gain one to one those skills, and although everything that is polished becomes better, it is true that there is a factor impeding the full potential that someone can provide: that is time.

Requires time to be a master in each and every one of these skills; developments although each day are getting better, tend to have an average quality until we achieve the level of expertise needed to do it better.

That is why in Growlinga we are more than happy to have found our now friends from 656 Comics, a team of graphic artists and masters of the script with over 10 years of experience inside and out the city.

We came to their “lair”, expectant of what might happen and we found out that each and every one of them, apart from being gurus in their disciplines, are excellent people with an incredible sense of humor, the truth is that the synergy between both groups gave part after two seconds of knowing each other and visualize new high quality projects pointing to where the big developers and players are: consoles and PCs.

We thank our new friends for their hospitality and good vibes and again reaffirm our desire to do projects together, we’re sure good things will come for both teams.
